Beginning May 19th, you can place orders through Jessica, our automated counterperson. If our live counterpersons are assisting other customers, your call will be automatically routed to Jessica. You will also have the option to select Option 1 when calling our main number to be connected directly to Jessica.

       In addition, Jessica is available after our regular business hours, allowing you to place orders at your convenience. Any orders placed outside of operating hours will be processed, and your parts will be delivered on the next business day.

       Jessica is designed to make ordering faster and more efficient. She can check availability, find parts by description, vehicle, VIN, or license plate, and answer product questions. You can also start an order, add items, save your cart, and return to it later to review and place your order when you’re ready.

      We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience, and we hope this new option will make ordering faster and more flexible for you.

       To place orders with Jessica, all customers must have a Nexpart account and a specific access code. If you do not have an account and a code please reach out to your account representative for assistance.
